Shipping, Returns & exchanges

 

All items will be Sent via royal mail under £40 or Over £40 Royal mail 48 Tracked Compensation cover up to £100.

Orders Over £150 will be Delivered Via Special Delivery Free of charge

Free Boston-E-Bike Delivery within 2miles Orders over £10

Under £10, £2 delivery charge applies.

Larger orders such as Armies + carry cases by Courier of Xenosscapes choice.

 

 

 Return cost of products & custom projects will be upon the customer to ensure it is repacked in its original box/boxes.

 

custom projects can not be returned for :

"wrong size" or " wrong shade of color" unless described/ordered by preference and XenosScape wrongly applied upon creation of the items.

 

In which is eligible for a refund, Minus 10% fee in the event of any Material Purchases made for the project in question,

 upon returning the project to the client.

(all custom projects will be noted in detail before Creation)

 

 

Any custom orders Must be Cancelled within two weeks of purchase and before the Start date.

 

none acceptable returns include :

Opened/used scenics (flocks, terrain materials, and glues)

 

 

 

All Other Items

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returning items

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving delivery, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

 

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days.

Exchanges up to 30 days (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are Unopened and in orginal Packing seal, defective or damaged. We may require evidence (pictures) of this before a return is arranged. If your return is approved, the replacement item will be sent out as soon as we have it in stock, if the item is not in stock a Refund will be given if the product is Faulty.
